Got more weight to lose? No problem! The Challenge was designed in a way that it can be repeated in multiple rounds if you have more weight to lose!
Anyone without who wants to lose fat and shape up. New moms who have weaned their babies and pre – diabetic patients who are not on medication. Please consult with your GP first before starting the program.
This diet is an African whole foods-based diet, consisting of lean protein, lots of non-starchy carbohydrate vegetables, and a few complex carbohydrates. It is gluten-free and sugar-free.
Yes! There are meal plans including customized plans for different calorie needs. While the meal plan will tell you what type of food to eat and how much to eat every day that you are on the Challenge, it also provides room for you to select and put together your own meal plan based on a variety of adaptable recipes. 
Nope! Nothing is required beyond the whole foods that are approved in the program! No expensive so – called SUPERFOODS. Just wholesome ingredient that are affordable and available at your local village market or grocery store.

Not necessarily! You are free to use your own ingredients and cooking techniques, just make sure to stick to the quantity and serving services that meet your specific needs.

Though this program serves meals with beef, poultry, and seafood, you can choose to omit the animal protein and replace with plant protein options listed. We also share some vegetarian and vegan meal options.  If you are a vegetarian, you will have the following sources to choose from: nuts and seed as well as beans and pulses. 
Yes, absolutely! We have worked with our clients with toodlers on the Challenge to come up with a few modifications to the diet that will make it work better for you. There is a separate section just for YOU in the Challenge with some minor modifications to make sure that you get the best results possible with no side effects or harm to your little one!
If you are pre-diabetic and are NOT ON MEDICATION, this plan will absolutely work for you! I have been a diabetic patient since my first pregnancy and have succeeded in reversing the diagnosis eating meals as modified in this program. If you have type I diabetes, this plan is probably not ideal for you because you have to be on insulin and this needs to be monitored by a medical doctor. DO NOT start this program if you have type 1 or full-blown type 2 diabetes that needs medical attention. You should always consult a doctor before beginning any new diet plan.
You shouldn't experience any rebound weight from this plan as long as you continue eating a healthy diet after the challenge. If you ever gain any weight back (vacation, travel, weddings... we get it!), you can simply restart the challenge at any point in time to knock the weight back off! But I highly recommend you make this a lifestyle with a few exceptions for treats.
